The Commercial Sales III - Supply Chain is responsible for portfolio &relationship management as well as supporting daily transactions within the Commercial Services supply chain finance SCF division of the bank. The Commercial Sales III-Supply Chain role acquires, expands, and retains SCF buyer & supplier relationships across various industry sectors. This role creates and implements the service delivery and retention strategy for the Bank's highest valued clients. Works collaboratively with various sales partners to build and manage each buyer & supplier relationship to ensure clients' needs are met. Manages and executes strategies related to the SCF portfolio to maximize returns without taking on undue risk. Ensures alignment and compliance with approved credit limits, corporate strategy, internal policy, applicable laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Sales - Originate and cultivate SCF relationships positioning the Bank as the primary/lead bank. Delivers a full suite of SCF and other working capital services. Serve as the primary relationship management contact identifying client needs, working with internal industry verticals and product owners to structure customized solutions and ensure high quality service. Understand market, pricing and industry trends operating as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Business Support - Supports the development, revision, and implementation of compliant and effective strategies, policies, standards, and procedures as it relates to SCF portfolio and relationship management. Support the sales team during the internal & external SCF sales cycle (e.g. create presentations, marketing materials, supplier analysis & pitch, credit approval process etc.). Lead the supplier engagement requirements to drive Supplier Onboarding & Discounting to ramp-up Program utilization. Work with buyers and suppliers to collect all required legal documents & information for the onboarding process (e.g. KYC docs, Financial Information for Buyers, user information etc.). Handle daily tasks to accept & book new funding opportunities.
- Strategic Advisor - Ensure risks are properly identified and portfolio composition is aligned with overall Bank balance sheet and appropriate for various economic environments. Monitors changes in the economy and macroeconomic environment and advises executive management on potential opportunities to enhance shareholder return.
- Client Service - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for buyers & supplier, prospects, and colleagues. Work collaboratively across the Bank delivering commercial products and services. Leverage the Bank's digital & technology platforms to deliver exceptional client service. Have profound understanding of credit worthiness of clients and bank credit policies to be able to represent them in internal discussions.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, Commercial Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Commercial Banking

If hired in Florida the base pay for this position is generally between $113,000.00 and $160,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
