Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
The Product Manager of Risk Management & Automation will be responsible for continuous improvement and systems stabilization activities related to the entire infrastructure that drives automation of SVB payment product offers, enhances the efficiency of portfolio management, and drives the stability of the Card Management Platform system. This role drives a significant aspect of our payments risk management strategy. The ideal candidate will:
• Possess a product management background and have an extensive experience of working with agile delivery teams
• Demonstrated use of data-driven decision-making approach.

• Experience working with APIs and digital applications is preferred.
• Laser focus on executing against the roadmap and defined KPIs.
• Lead agile pod to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough automation system experience.
• Be responsible for ensuring essential upgrades and production issues are prioritized and remediated within an established SLA.
• Proven capability to work with third party vendors and drive accountability for system ownership and maintenance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services
3+ years direct knowledge and experience with analytics or automation system of Cash Management Product (Business Credit Card, FX, Liquidity Management
If hired in CA the base pay for this position is generally between $156,245.00- $195,210.00 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment
