Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Retail Lending, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating marketing materials and campaign assets for our Retail Lending products - covering consumer, commercial and mortgage lending software solutions sold in the US.
The main deliverables and responsibilities:
As a Marketing Associate, you will work with Marketing, Sales (including Pre-Sales) and Product Management and be responsible for creating or supporting the creation of:
- Product-related content / sales materials (e.g. factsheets, demo videos, website content) for Retail Lending products
- Industry content including whitepapers and thought leadership blogs
- Assets for organic and paid social media and digital marketing campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn posts and digital adverts)
- Strategy and management of paid digital marketing campaigns
- Activity with US industry associations (including webinars, adverts)
- Assets for our attendance at conferences / Finastra-hosted events
- Regular and effective internal communication on the assets and campaigns.

The required skills, knowledge & experience:
Education:
- Marketing or business degree preferred.
- Languages / English degree
- Other degrees considered with applicable work experience and/or demonstrating passion for a career in marketing
Required skills / experience:
- Creative mind with a keen attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS office tools - PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent writing skills in American business English
- Project management experience / training
- Knowledge of the US banking landscape, industry and trends
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
