Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for the development and execution of innovative digital strategies including social media to support the objectives of the organization's brands. He/she is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like social media and paid/display advertising.
Working with digital marketing team members, the Digital Marketing Associate will facilitate customer, prospect and employee engagement by helping to create and execute innovative digital campaigns, leverage strategy and content across platforms and facilitate the distribution of organizational message by promoting across external and internal social media channels.

- Plans and executes all social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence across several platforms.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies social trends and insights to optimize performance based on the analysis.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Plan, identify, and execute critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaboration and communicate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing leadership and operations, sales and customer relations, among others to oversee company's reputation, promote brand consistency, identify key planners, and coordinate actions.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience with B2B/B2E markets.
