About the role:
Here at Siemens Digital Industries Software, we are looking for a Sales Associate Graduate to join our growing team in the Netherlands. As part of our Sales team, you will aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue in the assigned markets by developing new opportunities, growing existing customers.
Are you the commercially oriented towards sales and just graduating or about to graduate from an MSc in business or related field? do you have a mix background between engineering and business? Are interested to grow you skills towards revenue generation?
Have a look at how your role will look like
- Alongside our sales team you will generate new business by creatively landing new logos and expanding business in existing accounts through cross-selling to complete your individual quota
- Partner collaboratively with Customers to understand their business, creatively adapt programs to drive new revenue, and expand business relationships
- Generate leads in the mid-market channel domain by bringing Siemens' comprehensive vision to C-level stakeholders and collaborate with our partners, including reseller and system integrators
- Work closely with our partners, including reseller and system integrators, to generate pipeline & meet and exceed quota expectations
- Consistently communicating and brainstorming with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development
You're the innovator we need if you have
- Proactive hunter sales profile and eager to close new business and challenge partners in driving sales in existing and new accounts
- Drive building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Interest in software sales with a strong affinity to comprehend industrial business and engineering processes across various industries
- Ability to adapt and navigate through a changing environment
- You are a fluent communicator in English (at full professional level) other European languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel to meet customers and partners as required
Nice if you have
- Experience of selling software within industrial manufacturing sector (e.g., Automotive, Defense, Aerospace, Semiconductor industry) is a plus e.g. (PLM, MOM, CAD, CAE, IoT, Digital Twin).
