Position Description:

Designs, develops, and maintains dynamic software products that support a risk and compliance platform. Drives and manages application development technology teams to execute on specific software product features using technical project management tools - Jira and Jira Align. Deploys cloud-based data and SaaS solutions in collaboration with application and data architecture teams. Oversees process improvements by employing Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (SCRUM).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and delivers technology solutions to support risk and audit functions.


  • Ensures software applications are available, stable, and performant to support broader strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements.

  • Leads product backlog solutions through iterative software testing and experimentation.


  • Designs, develops and modifies complex and major software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.


  • Develops and directs software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Networked Information Systems, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Vice President, IT Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) business process transformations and implementations using Archer GRC.

Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Networked Information Systems, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Vice President, IT Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) business process transformations and implementations using Archer GRC.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") managing the implementation and delivery of industry leading GRC software (Archer); and building and maintaining enterprise-wide Web and desktop applications, and integrating with other enterprise applications using .NET, Java, Platform as a Service (PAAS) solution, Azure Cloud Services, or Amazon Web Services - within an information technology environment.


  • DE designing Web-based interactive applications according to Agile/SCRUM methodologies within an onshore/offshore development team; performing daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demo/retrospective meetings with program stakeholders using JIRA; and building product guides, using Confluence or Microsoft Office applications.


  • DE managing the development and delivery of business processes into Archer GRC software - working with multiple stakeholders - for the corporate risk, audit, and vendor management business domain using Microsoft Office Suite, Powerapps, and Archer GRC SaaS tool; and defining systems requirements and project scope, as well as performing data and technical analysis, using Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPMC) according to Agile methodologies.


  • DE project managing information technology projects - resources, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation; and preparing status and financial reports, and operational metrics and statistics, using Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office or ProSource.

Salary: $180,000.00 - $230,200.00/year.
