Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer (or closely related occupation) configuring and building Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation pipelines to onboard and support Web applications using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD/Kubernetes.

Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer (or closely related occupation) configuring and building Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation pipelines to onboard and support Web applications using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD/Kubernetes.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

• Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") implementing and managing scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions, utilizing AWS CloudFormation or Terraform; Orchestrating containerized applications using Kubernetes or Docker; and performing release management according to DevOps model using Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Ansible, or AWS functionalities.

• DE designing and maintaining automated monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, Gitlab, or CI/CD; installing and integrating Web Agents NGINX, and application servers (Tomcat) using Linux Scripts; configuring, debugging, and managing Web applications, services, and Java-based systems; building error locating monitors, using Datadog, Splunk, or ELK; and ensuring early detection of issues and proactive resolution to minimize downtime using AWS CloudWatch.

• DE scripting and programming with a focus on automating repetitive tasks and streamlining operational workflows using Python or Bash.

• DE utilizing automation tools and implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes with tools - AWS ECS, EKS, AKS, UDeploy or Gitlab CI/CD- ensuring efficient and error-free releases.
