The Role
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Systems Analyst to deliver the next generation of customer authorization solutions supporting Fidelity. The authorization platform will be a highly available suite of applications that supports business applications across the firm and digital experiences for our customers. You will play a critical role working with application teams to collect authorization requirements, evolve them into work items for security engineering, and communicate across business and technical teams.
The ideal candidate brings expertise working with security-focused teams and technologies and a deep understanding of security concepts like authentication and authorization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Ability to perform deep analysis on customer authorization policies for security and application teams, preferably with experience using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego policies
- Adept at communicating technical solutions, risks, and business value to peers and leadership in written, spoken, and presentation form
- Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire to grow, learn and engage with peers in technical and design discussions
- Publishes clear, concise, and detailed documentation
- Proficiency in writing of user requirements, updating stories and supporting documentation
The Team
The Workplace Security Services team is part of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence and supports protecting thousands of employers and millions of participants. The team develops client-facing cybersecurity applications that help us win and retain institutional clients, as well as Authorization, B2B Security and Single Sign-On infrastructure software components that are the backbone for many of Fidelity's web business applications including NetBenefits and PlanSponsor WebStation.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
