Job Title:
Senior Manager, Risk Management
The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Senior Manager to support Fidelity's High Risk Roles (HRR) Program and various Enterprise Risk Management initiatives.
The Role
The team supports the HRR Program including the annual identification of associates subject to the program requirements, coordinating the facilitation of enhanced background reviews of these associates, and evaluation of new and existing application access for program applicability.
In this role you will:
- Produce executive level reporting and presentations including committee meeting materials
- Monitor and analyze data sets to identify risks or anomalies associated with the program
- Maintain and update the program dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, SQL and identify ways to drive efficiency and automation
- Work closely with partners in Technology Risk to continuously evaluate applications, access, and new technologies
- Collaborate with colleagues from Background Investigations, Human Resources, Legal, and various business units to provide updates and resolve issues
- Support various initiatives and projects related to the Enterprise Risk Management Program

The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
- Excellent communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting high level issue summaries for executive-level consumption
- Demonstrated experience building interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI
- Strong problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills, as well as outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize, and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities
- Knowledge related to internal access provisioning is a plus
- 7+ years of related work experience; Risk, Audit, and/or Compliance experience is a plus
