Job Description:

The Process Engineer will drive strategy and reengineering initiatives within the Fidelity Funds and Investment Operations (FFIO) operating environment. They will be part of a team of change leaders with a mission to accelerate the digitization and automation of our processes, as well as to prepare our environment for the launch of new alternative financial products. We are seeking an experienced process engineer to play a key role in helping us streamline business processes and improve our associate experience. This role will work with our business partners to craft and build enhanced Business Capabilities, a more scalable and flexible operating environment while achieving consistent quality. This individual will collaborate with the business leadership to identify, scope, and lead key strategy and reengineering programs. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent analytic and communication skills who can work across business operations and technology teams.

The Team

The Operations Strategy & Performance Delivery team (OSPD) plays a critical role in strategy development and performance delivery for all FFIO. The team drives operational improvement and interacts with the business domains and shared services functions within FFIO. As a team-centric organization, we provide ample opportunities for collaboration with other OSPD team members, as well as key business partners, both upstream and downstream.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+yrs of relevant experience in process engineering
  • Experience with operational strategy, strategic analysis and execution, design thinking, and large-scale process re-engineering preferred
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
