CRBO Business Strategy & Implementation team intersects with CRBO and AM Technology, aligning stakeholders around the vision for the CRBO initiatives. We deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges with tailored technology solutions and implementation support.

The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to partner with key stakeholders to influence strategic decision, roadmaps, requirements, and execute deliverables on strategic priorities. You will ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' working through ongoing planning and prioritization of the backlog.

  • Shape solutions to complex problems to achieve visions, offer comprehensive cross-functional insights, partner to communicate and enable adoption for changing processes and technology
  • Partner with various groups to assess gaps in data and understand systematic process limitations, analyze current structures, report, and present gap analysis finding
  • Define the opportunity; facilitate requirements, recommend best practices shortening the delivery cycle, define milestones and project artifacts for a single source of truth
  • Define requirements for initiatives, facilitate pre, during and post release and change management support
  • Provide oversight for projects or initiatives, ensuring regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. This includes tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with initiative goals.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in asset management
  • Experience with Agile
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbally and in writing (executive summaries) with technical and non-technical members of the project team
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is strongly desired for creating and delivering effective updates, and clearly communicating complex information engagingly and understandably
  • Demonstrated experience and, well versed with respect to leading practices around initiative implementations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of asset management and the regulatory industry (Strong investment process trade/life cycle, alternative / digit assets or compliance experience)
  • Knowledge of technology implementation (preferred but not required)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Self-starter who can work independently and ability to thrive in fast paced environment and drive results
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task; experience of working on medium to large projects
  • Ability to understand complex business problems, synthesize information, analyze and research data, and develop practical solutions and recommendations.
  • Ability to develop relationships and network with colleagues of various levels and across business units
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate, including the ability to contribute to the creation and delivery of presentations intended for Senior Executives.
