The Senior Manager, Sourcing Talent Acquisition will lead and elevate our sourcing function, guiding a high-performing team of sourcing managers and talent sourcers to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for creating and executing bold, forward-thinking sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best talent, particularly for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles. By collaborating with cross-functional leadership, hiring managers, and recruitment teams, you'll ensure that our talent pipeline is not only robust but strategically aligned with our growth and business priorities.
Here's what you'll care about:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Sourcing Managers and Talent Sourcers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Own and drive the execution of end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with senior leadership to identify hiring priorities and build tailored plans for high-priority roles and critical talent needs.
- Collaborative Partnership: Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure sourcing efforts are aligned with organizational objectives and reflect the needs of the business.
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams of sourcing managers and talent sourcers.
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performing sourcing teams, driving strategies that deliver measurable results across both high-volume and specialized talent segments.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage talent analytics to refine strategies.
- Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ability to mentor and coach TA teams, and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
