Senior Manager, H&W Program Manager

The Role:
This role will support cross-functional programs that are focused on driving partner alignment, communication, and progress toward Fidelity's Health & Welfare business objectives. The programs will focus on measuring and communicating progress against key H&W milestones, identifying interdependencies across business units and bringing awareness to risks or program opportunities.

The Senior Manager will use their organizational, project management and communication skills to maintain stakeholder (e.g., business, product and technology) engagement, connect dots, develop insights and drive progress toward H&W business goals. If you can think critically and have the curiosity to dig deeper, this could be your next role.
The Expertise We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of Program Management, Strategy & Planning or similar experience
- Experience supporting projects and/or programs with cross functional stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking, organization and communication skills
The Skills you Bring:
You have experience identifying and managing cross functional interdependences and connection points. You are confident coordinating multiple program components simultaneously and exhibit strong time management skills, as demonstrated through ability to sequence competing priorities. You can effectively communicate with program team members and anticipate their needs and concerns. Your ability to identify, bring awareness to, and proactively manage program risks is important.

This role is a key member of the H&W Strategic Initiatives team where we strive to guide the organization towards its business goals. You will manage and support programs that cut across silos to bridge gaps wherever those structures prevent us from making progress. Your ability to prioritize critical path will guide execution of the cross-functional team and ensure delivery meets the needs of internal business partners and market. Your capability to manage routines for the team including working sessions, partner engagement/alignment, reporting and communication will ensure the team is meeting the expectations of the broader organization who will support these new capabilities. Your work to define, refine, and communicate the progress of the initiative to cross-functional team members, executive leadership, and key partners will encourage program momentum.
