• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with 5+ years of related work experience. MBA preferred.
• Applicants must have exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams are a must.

The Value You Deliver

• Influencing senior business leaders on key decisions by providing clear and concise evaluations, analysis, and financial models.
• Developing financial analysis and reporting of business unit expenses including periodic reporting and analysis as well as month-end close processing and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and related business commentary.
• Supporting ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and develop recommendations, including scenario analysis.
• Evaluating and improving IT financial management processes to meet changing business needs and efficiency goals.
• Coaching and developing junior level analysts.

As a finance function, our mission is to drive outstanding business performance and maximize the long-term value of the Firm. The Center of Enterprise Technology Analytics team provides oversight for over $1 billion of IT expenses and provides management with informed, insightful, action-oriented financial analysis to guide effective decision-making.
