The Role

A Senior Communication Manager (SCM) in Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) is a self-starter and an integral member of a Plan Sponsor's service team, responsible for developing strategic multichannel participant communication plans for our SPS clients. The SCM proactively collaborates with clients and business partners to execute high-quality, effective, and efficient strategies. They are passionate about maximizing the SPS Communication & Education (C&E) offering and resources across Fidelity to help plan participants make the most of their equity compensation and their Fidelity account. This SCM will be responsible for supporting a book of upper-market and high-complexity global stock plan clients. This could include clients headquartered in the UK but trading in the US and clients with stock traded on a UK exchange. The SCM must have a global mindset and be adaptable in the fast-moving environment that is required for a team expanding to new markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage participant communications and education for a book of global stock plan clients
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction as evidenced in annual surveys
  • Facilitate annual communications reviews to highlight opportunities, assess engagement data, and discuss communications strategy
  • Identify effective communication strategies to support participants through key plan events
  • Participate in business planning discussions
  • Promptly triage and address all communications-related queries
  • Maintain client-specific communications to ensure they stay up-to-date, meet compliance requirements, and adhere to Fidelity branding standards

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS/BA required
  • Ability to provide excellent service while effectively influencing strategic clients toward best practices
  • History of managing complex client relationships
  • History of collaborating and establishing positive relationships with teammates and business partners
  • Effective at project management and problem-solving for high-complexity processes and programs
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking coupled with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to uncover and anticipate needs, synthesize feedback, and use data to develop and present creative communication strategies
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and ownership, seeking out opportunities to drive progress and transformation
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies or communication programs
  • Equity compensation experience preferred
