The Role
Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Fixed Income Product Solution team's digital trading experience. As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a squad lead and product owner to prioritize, define, and implement product initiatives applying Agile product development processes. The group is looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who has experience with product development, fixed income trading, brokerage operations, data analysis, and high-level technical components. The role offers the opportunity to absorb and synthesize information, hone problem-solving skills and improve processes using an innovative product perspective.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative field
- 5+ years of successful professional experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on one or more of the following: product development, fixed income trading, brokerage operations, infrastructure technology, systems analysis, data analytics
- Critical thinker, analyzing relevant data to draw conclusions, troubleshoot problems and make appropriate decisions
- Standout colleague, collaborating across diverse business partners such as Technology, Sales & Trading, Legal/Risk/Compliance
- Detail oriented, with a sense of ownership when addressing anything that poses a risk to our customers or our business
- Effective communicator, fostering positive relationships through stakeholder engagement and timely responsiveness
- Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Curious and self-motivated to learn, connecting the dots across projects and products
- Experience with SQL, KDB/Q, and/or Snowflake preferred
- Series 7 and SIE required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is the institutional trading arm of Fidelity Investments, providing Equity, Options, Fixed Income, Forex, Municipal and CD Underwriting, Prime Brokerage, and Securities Lending products and services to a wide array of clients, including buy-side institutions and hedge funds, as well as to Fidelity's own businesses. The Fixed Income Product Solutions team partners with the broader Fidelity Capital Markets Fixed Income organization, Technology, Sales and Trading, Legal/Risk/Compliance, and other support teams to deliver electronic brokerage solutions that allow Fidelity's partners and clients to achieve their trading objectives. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $155,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
