The Role

Fidelity Digital Asset Services (FDAS) is an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. The Account Opening and Maintenance team accurately sets up and maintains accounts, in several systems, for all FDAS's product offerings. To be effective, you will work closely with the Client Service team, Custody Operations, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology team to ensure client requirements are met. With your knowledge and commitment, you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the FDAS team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.

The Expertise we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience, preferable within financial services and/or a shared service model
  • Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
  • Experience working within a SOC-1 environment with clear demonstration and understanding of procedures and controls
  • Experience in supporting testing in UAT & Production environments
  • Relationship building skills across team, business units, and global peers
  • Strong process management & decision-making skills

  • Manage a monthly process to generate and distribute Account statement and invoices
  • Driving high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for both the client and FDAS
  • Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills
  • Driving innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges
