Project and Process Excellence Business Analyst
The Project and Process Excellence Business Analyst will support initiatives that align to the organization's business, strategic, & associate experience objectives. As a member of the Project Management and Shared Services team, you will join a team that provides support to HR Shared Services, Benefits, and Compensation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across teams and with key business partners to identify challenges, understand current state, develop future state solutions, and support impactful changes to improve key HR programs and services that touch Associates and Managers across the firm.

- Ability to partner with SMEs to determine and document requirements related to operational processes to meet the needs of business
- Ability to clearly communicate process solutions to business partners and operational teams, including developing & delivering training and updates to process documentation (i.e. UPDs, process flows, etc.)
- Ability to think end to end using analytical and creative problem solving, including gap analysis and resolution.
- Familiarity with process improvement and project management methodologies, including Agile
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management
- Familiarity with Workday & ServiceNow a plus
- Strong curiosity and passion about learning new skills
The Value You Deliver
- Lead efforts related to readiness activities and small to medium size projects
- Participate with the project team in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our associate experience and increase operational scale & efficiency
- Supporting project managers by documenting business process workflows, UPD's, process communications and develop and deliver training
- Triaging and tracking progress on issues through completion and follow through on any ancillary activities identified
