• Ability to partner with SMEs to determine and document requirements related to operational processes to meet the needs of business
• Ability to clearly communicate process solutions to business partners and operational teams, including developing & delivering training and updates to process documentation (i.e. UPDs, process flows, etc.)
• Ability to think end to end using analytical and creative problem solving, including gap analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with process improvement and project management methodologies, including Agile
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management
• Familiarity with Workday & ServiceNow a plus
• Strong curiosity and passion about learning new skills

• Lead efforts related to readiness activities and small to medium size projects
• Participate with the project team in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our associate experience and increase operational scale & efficiency
• Supporting project managers by documenting business process workflows, UPD's, process communications and develop and deliver training
