As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will join the WI Leadership Development team in designing and delivering transformative experiences.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Implement leadership development frameworks and coaching methodologies consistently throughout the portfolio; evaluate impact and adjust approach as needed.
- Facilitate and deliver engaging leadership development and manager training sessions, including longer programs for larger cohorts and one-off interactive workshops;
- Drive innovation by crafting new programs and offerings aligned with the overall portfolio strategy in collaboration with the team;
- Consult with business partners to understand their leadership development needs and provide tailored solutions; and contribute to overall program delivery communications, evaluation, and support.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5- 7 years of experience with leadership development and relevant frameworks, methods, and approaches; experience with coaching leaders for accelerated performance and effectiveness. Familiarity with ICF coaching competencies a plus.
- Advanced skills in facilitating engaging discussions and learning experiences with both large and small audiences; comfortable being in high-visibility contexts, at times with senior leadership; experienced with in-person and virtual facilitation.
- Proven ability to creatively develop new experiences or approaches supporting overall strategic and learning objectives.
- Collaborative and communicative approach to consulting with key collaborators and business partners.
- Data literacy skills, ability to help measure and evaluate the impact as well as explain it to others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including shaping executive-ready presentations and handling tough questions.
