Financial Analyst - Real Estate
The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic business partner support and financial management to drive improved outcomes and financial results for the broader organization.
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of professional experience in Finance
- Professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial planning & analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in Anaplan, TBM, NGAV/Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
- The candidate should bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to partner successfully with Finance and business colleagues at varying levels of the organization.
- The individual should excel at envisioning the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail. And, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills are key.
