The Fidelity Private Shares team is growing and looking for a Director, Product Marketing to lead our customer growth marketing initiatives across the start-up community. The team is focused on supporting the innovation economy through a robust equity administration platform and differentiated equity management solutions that scale with our clients. We offer solutions and capabilities that support companies, their employees, and community partners during the entire corporate lifecycle.
We are looking for an individual passionate about fueling business growth through marketing strategies steeped in insights to well-executed plans that drive impact. You will play a critical role in positioning Fidelity Private Shares as a trusted leader within the private markets. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and driving comprehensive product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and establishing partnerships across the ecosystem to influence interest in our offering; all essential to the growth and retention of our client base. - Strategic Architect: Design, plan, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels in coordination with co-marketers.
- Data-Driven Strategist: Lean into research to understand industry trends, campaign performance metrics, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for maximum impact
- Content Crafter: Create engaging marketing materials, including case studies, guides, whitepapers, Website/SEO content, and sales collateral to coincide with campaigns and enable sales team to effectively sell our offering.
- Product Champion: Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our value proposition and solutions for new product launches and feature updates.
- Master Collaborator - Forge positive relationships and collaboration across the team to ensure greatest opportunity and return of effort.
The Expertise We're Looking for and The Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of successful experience in creating proven and results-driven brand awareness campaigns; ideally with some of those years in a start-up and/or Saas market environment.
- Experience with growth strategy using all acquisition marketing channels including owned and operated channels, business development, social and events.
- Depth of experience of building and driving marketing strategies, and aptness to modify and adapt those strategies with the changing needs of the ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills: taking data, information, and insights to advise approach.
- Hands on experience and general working knowledge of marketing tech stack tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
