The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years as a communications professional; experience with executive, internal, or external communications a plus.
• Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven success building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

The Team

• Fidelity's Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology Communications team is part of the Associate and Leadership Communications organization within Corporate Affairs.
• Working closely with senior leaders within the organization, we develop communications programs that inspire employees - whether they are client-facing or enabling Fidelity's business units. As part of the larger Corporate Affairs team, we can connect our work to larger enterprise efforts that reach a range of internal and external audiences.
• Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of two assigned weeks per four-week period.

• Reminder: Per the Dynamic Working Guidelines, approved exceptions will be reviewed annually, or when the associate accepts a new role, whichever comes first.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$144,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
