The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Strong experience in new product development, fixed income investment management, fixed income brokerage and trading workflows, product or systems design, management consulting, and data-driven processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, computer science, engineering or other quantitative field strongly preferred.
• Experience with fixed income investment/portfolio management, order management, and execution management systems.
• Team player with a positive demeanor and curiosity about growing a unique group within Fidelity
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of distilling analytic insights and customer behaviors using data driven hypothesis from abstract and unstructured data.
• Technical abilities supporting platform strategy, design, and implementation within the technology and organizational systems associated with large entities
• Passion for product design and development using Agile, Design Thinking, and Job-to-be-Done frameworks.
• Meticulous with ownership when addressing anything that poses a risk to our customers or our business

The Team

Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is the institutional trading arm of Fidelity Investments, providing Equity, Options, Fixed Income, Forex, Municipal and CD Underwriting, Prime Brokerage, and Securities Lending products and services to a wide array of clients, including buy-side institutions and hedge funds, as well as to Fidelity's own businesses. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $185,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
