As a Chapter Leader, you blend deep Software Engineering & Design expertise with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates. You will lead a team of associates supporting the Investment Compliance Engine within the Data Solutions, Compliance, and Operations Domain in Asset Management Technology. You will collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your chapter, influence strategic decisions and build solutions.You are committed to helping associates grow and develop in their knowledge area and ensure alignment on the 'how' of the work they perform. You are comfortable with supporting your team by being hands on when you need to be but primarily focus on enabling and supporting your team in blazing their own trail. You are committed to bringing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Minimum of 10 years of Software Engineering and Development experience
- BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise as a tech lead, engineering coach, and mentor as well as developing emerging leaders to their full potential
- Strong technical proficiency with Java, Spring, Scale, Messaging (Kafka), AWS, and middle-tier technologies
- An advocate of engineering as a craft and promoter of improving standards and quality
- Experience planning development of team capabilities; identifying and acquiring strategic talent needs
- Experience resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations
- Financial services experience in Asset Management preferred

The Team
This Chapter is responsible for engineering solutions for our Investment Compliance capability. We have a combination of data, middle-tier, and UI engineering resources that provide capabilities to all Asset Management advisors and asset classes. We work on a wide variety of technologies including AWS, Oracle, Angular, Java, Scala, Python, REST/API, Kafka, and more.
