The Role
As a Shareholder Reporting Analyst, you will use your analytical skills and attention to detail to prepare documents and filings effectively and efficiently using various Fidelity systems and process validations. Your understanding of mutual fund operations will enhance your ability to adapt quickly to the role and ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory documents and filing requirements for Fidelity's U.S. 1940 Act products and certain institutional products.
This role requires phenomenal attention to detail, ability to work in a time sensitive environment and the ability to "think outside of the box." In addition to the technical aspect of the role, the Analyst will also perform project work, look for process improvements, partake in training and development opportunities and is part of a larger team effort. This includes the ability to identify, analyze and escalate potential risks using knowledge of department policies, procedures, and disclosure requirements.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring
- B/S or B/A (Finance or business equivalent field preferred).
- Experience with regulatory legal and/or financial reporting preferred
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Workbench/JIRA
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Fidelity's product lines and Fidelity's mutual fund operations
- Self-starter with ability to work under tight time constraints to meet deliverables
- Proactively identify high risk exposure and develop effective solutions to minimize risks
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- The ability to work overtime and be flexible will be required at times. Depending on the project that the analyst supports, the work hours may vary from early morning/late evening shifts to more standard work hours.

The Team
The Cycle Prep Team is part of the Registration Statements Production group within Shareholder Reporting team, responsible for creating and filing Fidelity Fund regulatory documents. The team works closely with the Treasurer's office, the Legal Department and Product Governance to ensure accurate and timely reporting requirements. The team strives to deliver SMART, SIMPLE, and SCALABLE reporting solutions while cultivating our talent.
