Job Description
In this compelling leadership position, you will be accountable for providing and ensuring organizational compliance with security operations programs and procedures, as well as the work with outside vendors to ensure the security of Fannie Mae's facilities.

The Enterprise Workplace & Security - Security Services - Senior Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Ensure security policies and guidelines for Fannie Mae have been created and are being implemented.
- Enforce and report on security policies.
- Accountable for maintaining security.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 8 years of experience
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred
- Prior Federal Law Enforcement Experience
- Experience providing foundational and practical knowledge of physical security, to include the conduct of investigations; surveillance/monitoring tools and techniques; building safety programs.
- Possesses executive presence and demeanor with skills to present complex information effectively at all levels.
- Is a recognized thought leader and SME both within and outside Fannie Mae.
- Provides leadership, direction, and management to diverse teams.
- Provides oversight of contracts, budgets, and time-sensitive projects.
- Provides sound professional judgement, with ability to act quickly and calmly to evolving or emergency situations.
- Has experience supporting the successful evolution of a security program.
- Is a trusted leader with utmost confidence and discretion in the handling of sensitive personnel matters.
