    As a valued colleague on our Ethics and Investigations team within the Corporate Risk and Compliance Division, you will provide critical support in executing the reporting, risk, governance and operations in support of Ethics and Investigations. In this role, you will enable management to monitor progress and achieve goals by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on operational, project, and program related data, as well as support the execution of process improvement initiatives, risk analysis activities, system enhancements, and training initiatives.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Risk Governance, Reporting and Operations Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Ethics and Investigations process owners and stakeholders to keep risks and controls inventories accurate and relevant and perform risks and controls self-assessments.
    • Provide data governance and reporting support by conducting quality assurance reviews, analyzing data trends for dashboards and reports, and creating visualizations for stakeholders.
    • Manage operational governance, including policy and procedure management, business continuity planning, records management, and other governance requirements.
    • Support Ethics and Investigations with case management, electronic evidence handling, project planning and execution.
    • Offer product owner and technology support for all Ethics and Investigations systems, including troubleshooting, access provisioning, system upgrades, maintenance, implementations, and user training.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • 4 years relevant experience in risk management, compliance, investigations, audit, or internal controls.
    • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating controls, identifying control gaps, remediating risk and conducting risk and controls self-assessments.
    • Experience with whistleblower hotline and ethics and investigations case management and reporting systems.
    • Experience with facilitating policy, procedure and other governance documentation workflow management, including document quality reviews.
    • Demonstrated experience drafting and updating process documentation (i.e., job aids) and associated change control management.
    • Experience analyzing data sets from case management systems to identify trends, correlations, and patterns, in order to generate board and senior management-level reporting and operational scorecards.
    • Strong writing and communication skills and ability to present to colleagues, senior management and regulators.
    • Experience in gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and networks, including managing and engaging stakeholders.
    • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and overall, a technologically savvy skillset.
    • Must possess sound judgment and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.

    Desired Experiences

    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI).
    • Strong attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to see the big picture while executing the appropriate information.
    • Experience with Navex Ethics Point and eGRC platforms.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service, time management, project management, and follow-up skills.
    • Self-directed team player with a "can-do" attitude.
    • Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Foxit, Adobe Pro.
