Job Description
As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on monitoring financial markets and initiating trades or transactions to capitalize on recognized patterns or according to a strategy. You will collaborate with management to develop strategies for analyzing financial market data and determining trends or patterns, evaluate risk on trades or transactions based on the analysis of financial market data, effectively transfer a portion of credit risk to private capital, and consult on pricing according to the associated risk of the asset.

The Capital Market Transactions Advisor (Flexible Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial dealers or other market makers.
- Develop and build strong relationships with internal and external customers through active engagement and inspiring work.
- Provide guidance to the team on recognizing patterns or strategy to initiate trades/transactions.
- Track financial market activities, as well as evaluate and provide feedback on new developments in the market and potential impact on business/position.

Minimum Required Experiences
- 6 years
Skills
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives
- Expertise in using statistical methods, including: developing and testing hypotheses, using experimental design, and running linear and logistic regressions
- Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
