    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Operations - Business Analysis - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Support the Single-Family Mortgage Ops team in determining business needs through understanding business unit operations.
    • Gather data on internal business operations, human capital, and resources.
    • Collaborate with team to determine areas for improved business performance, and technology evolution
    • Contribute to identifying solutions to improve business performance.
    • Utilize data driven insights to remove operational inefficiencies
    • Work with Product and technial teams to translate business requirements

    Qualifications

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent
    • Experience supporting the mortgage industry
    • Agile Certifications

    Skills

    • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
    • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel or SSRS
    • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
    • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging both internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to work cross functionally with individuals from Operations, Product, or Software Teams
    • Skilled in Agile methodology
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
    • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
    • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
    • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
    • Participate in operational and market readiness activities, ensuring best practices and industry standards are integrated into readiness plans.

    Tools

    • Skilled in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
    • Experience using SharePoint
    • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
    • Experience using JIRA, Confluence
