    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Enterprise Analytics and Modeling - Product Management - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver solutions based on customer requirements, ensure delivery of the optimal backend solution, and maintain strategic alignment to our objectives. While working alongside people who care, you will be responsible for delivering on the following responsibilities:

    • Research and advise on design strategy for new products.
    • Review the implementation process for new products.
    • Identify opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations.
    • Advise on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
    • Advise on and ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • At least 6 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as engineering, data science, modeling, and model governance along with exposure to Agile methodology
    • Ability to evaluate risk including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, recommending action plans to mitigating and/or remediating risk, etc.
    • Experience in designing products using organization's standards/procedures, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
    • Influencing experience and skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
    • Excellent communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
    • Ability to utilize a user-centered, iterative process to make informed decisions and identify alternative strategies and solutions
    • Experience creating and executing plans to identify gaps in products' technical capabilities
    • Experience managing, planning, scheduling, and controlling a product build through various stages and environments, including testing and deploying releases
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
    • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes

    Desired Experiences

    • Skilled in reading various programming languages to translate code into functional requirements
    • Experience in researching and gathering accurate product information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
    • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data

    Tools

    • Skilled in developing queries using SQL and executing in database management tool such as Toad, SQL Workbench, Dbeaver, etc.
    • Experience in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Shiny, Power BI, etc.
    • Proficient in MS office suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
    • Skilled in Python
    • Experience using JIRA
    • Experience using Rstudio (nice to have)
    • Basic understanding of AWS tools and services (nice to have
