THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
FanDuel is looking to add a SOX Senior Associate reporting to a SOX Risk Manager to support our US public listing initiative focused on our Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance program with respect to Section 404. The SOX Senior Associate will help coordinate FanDuel's SEC compliance requirements related to the public listing and will need business-facing experience working in SOX environments. The role will include organization of the company's SOX program, including partnering closely with Flutter's Global Internal Controls and SOX testing team to implement SOX compliance best practices and strengthen FanDuel's SOX control environment. The SOX Senior Associate will coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of IT General Controls ("ITGC"), business controls, and Entity Level Controls ("ELC") annual assessments, and deliver recurring SOX updates to leadership. This position requires a knowledge of SOX compliance requirements, and excellent communication, project management, and critical thinking skills.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Coordinate the SOX compliance effort to include planning, logistics, and execution of scoping, design testing, and operating effectiveness testing of ITGCs, business controls, and ELCs
- Collaborate with the Flutter Internal Controls team and FanDuel control owners to effectively implement SOX compliance best practices and strengthen FanDuel's SOX control environment
- Track and manage enterprise-wide SOX deficiencies and process improvements from inception, through remediation and completion
- Provide recurring updates to Senior Leadership documenting progress regarding strategic initiatives, key business objectives, and recent accomplishments related to the Flutter US listing
- Document and oversee the quarterly SOX certification process
- Serve as a SOX point of contact for Flutter Internal Controls, FanDuel business and control owners, and external audit
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience of SOX or internal audit experience, preferably in consulting
- Knowledge of SOX requirements, internal controls, business process, and SOX testing experience required
- Project management skillset across multiple workstreams simultaneously required
- Dedicated team player who is able to withstand the high demands of a business-facing role in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essentialHighly organized, results driven, problem solver, and collaborator

The applicable salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
