Senior Accountant

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant uses experienced professional accountant knowledge to resolve diverse accounting matters. Performs monthly accounting close activities focused on more risky and complicated countries.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare CIP monthly project tracker
  • Follow up with PM for go live project
  • Execute INT541 process for new go lives
  • Follow up with PM for groundbreaking date
  • Monthly Capitalised Interest
  • GC Cost breakdown & allocations
  • Review new transactions posted to CIP account and any reclass required
  • Execute INT541 process for residual cost go live
  • Prepare accrual journals as needed
  • Monthly CIP Account reconciliations
  • Monthly Capitalised Interest SOX Control
  • Review journals prepared by Cash team for CIP related invoice paid by AP (Thailand)
  • Other Accruals and reclasses as necessary
  • Quarterly CIP % accrual Preparation, review and posting Including smartsheet accruals
  • 10K Cap Interest control
  • Other SOX controls for SOX408 (CIP memo), SOX412 (go live tracker), SOX415 (CIP accrual).
  • Prepare QoQ and YoY flux explanation for Cap Interest
  • Prepare AGIS for SG product/IT cost charges to AMER
  • PWC audit requests
  • Any other queries from various teams
  • Support the wider global team where necessary and manage adhoc requests as and when they arise

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
