THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
FanDuel is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our growing Flywheel & New Ventures (FNV) team. This role will be responsible for leading product analytics and experimentation initiatives in line with FNV's goals of deepening engagement with existing customers and opening up new customer acquisition opportunities. You will work in a team of analysts across the FNV suite of products including Daily Fantasy, Racing, FanDuel TV, as well as new ventures that we launch. This role is critical in helping commercial and product leadership make data-driven decisions, optimize product performance, and guide long-term product strategy.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Execute the FNV product analytics and experimentation strategy to support product development and decision-making
- Mentor junior analysts and commercial counterparts in how to leverage data to improve customer outcomes
- Partner with product and commercial counterparts to identify key metrics, KPIs, and data-driven insights that shape the product roadmap
- Consistently deliver accurate, timely and high-quality analysis and insights to stakeholders in a way that is easily digestible by non-technical teams
- Own and deliver end-to-end product experimentation processes and roadmaps
- Support teams to leverage product data to uncover actionable insights to drive product growth, customer engagement, and retention, including deep dive analysis to derive a compelling fact base from complex data findings
- Lead efforts to improve data quality and accessibility across the FNV organization, building out analytics self-service tools and capabilities for product teams
- Implement processes to embed analysis best practices, historic data knowledge archiving, and general knowledge sharing
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related role
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior analysts
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science (or other relevant discipline) preferred
- A great colleague and teammate - someone that people want to work with because of their humility and passion
- An excellent understanding of product metrics and the latest techniques in measuring customer experience and app performance
- Strong experience with SQL and A/B testing and experimentation methodologies and tools
- Proven track record in the implementation of analytics and measurement solutions with intuitive and impactful data visualization; experience with Amplitude preferred
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, and able to influence decision makers at all levels with data-driven insights

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $128,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
