This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering our transition from a cruise-centric to a comprehensive vacation company. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing product strategies that resonate with our customer-first approach. This mid-senior level position is designed for a visionary who is adept at navigating the complexities of product management and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis, design, and execution of product strategies to elevate the customer experience, ensuring alignment with our transition goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendor partners, Engineering, Business Leaders, Call Center etc to develop holistic, customer-centric solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify customer needs and market trends, translating them into actionable product enhancements.
  • Foster an agile methodology, championing continuous improvement, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Drive product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product initiatives.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong foundation in product-first thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving change.
  • Experience in the cruise or vacation industry is a plus, with a keen understanding of the nuances of customer expectations in the sector.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
