The Senior Demand Manager is responsible to manage all internal and customer-driven demand processes. This is a critical role that provides strategic oversight to ensure adherence to established processes and service delivery alignment, while striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. The Demand Manager regularly interfaces with end-customers and stakeholders to define request scope, assess architectural and service impacts, provide status updates, and address escalations.

Core Responsibilities:

· Demand Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for all customer and internal demand requests. This includes alignment of request scope, identification of Service Owners, facilitation of sizing / estimation, confirmation of architectural and service impacts, continuous communication, and leadership escalation as necessary.

· Process Enhancement & Operational Efficiency: Design, implement, and refine demand processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness as well as to enhance controls to mitigate risk.

· Pipeline and Financial Integration: Collaborate with finance and account management to align on required financial data to ensure projects are setup correctly in downstream systems to enable billing and cost management.

· Risk Management: Anticipate challenges, proactively manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate risks clearly.

· Metrics and Reporting: Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for both internal and customer-facing audiences. Monitor and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and delivery targets.

· Stakeholder Support: Partner with Account Management, the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Service Owners, and other key stakeholders to drive demand lifecycle forward.

· Executive Engagement: Interface seamlessly with executive leadership and other senior leaders across the organization.

· Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels, influencing decisions and driving action.

· Audit and Governance: Support response to internal audit request and address corrective actions for any control exceptions identified. Ensure ongoing alignment to established process governance and controls including facilitation of required governance reviews and approvals.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in technology demand or portfolio management and 3-5 years in people management.

· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across all organizational levels, and to deliver exceptional customer service.

· Persuasive communicator with demonstrated ability to establish credibility with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong understanding of financial planning and demand forecasting.

· Expertise in organizational planning, project management, and process optimization.

· Strategic thinker capable of understanding the “big picture” while maintaining a focus on details.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· Highly organized, adaptable, and willing to “roll up your sleeves” to achieve results.
