Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Compliance and Governance Auditor & Tester to join their team. As a Senior Compliance and Governance Auditor & Tester, you will be part of the Compliance and Governance department supporting various feature teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Compliance and Governance Auditor & Tester

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: Based on the experience

What's the Job?

  • Support ECM Compliance, Test Coverage, and Traceability in accordance with enterprise requirements.
  • Report deviations to compliance per feature team per release and educate teams on adherence to requirements.
  • Ensure effectiveness of test scripts to support assigned compliance reviews and identify non-compliance.
  • Evaluate current compliance-related controls and devise strategies for improvement.
  • Develop metrics and trends on ECM issues to assist in sustaining compliance.

What's Needed?

  • Thorough understanding of enterprise compliance requirements and experience in governing its adoption.
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira), Agile Methodology, and Change Management.
  • Ability to perform effective root cause analysis for non-compliance issues.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with business and functional teams for effective test coverage.
  • Experience in developing and improving ECM Testing Methodology.
