Our client, a dynamic player in the retail industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting key accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $30-$35/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage and coordinate daily tasks related to key customer accounts.
• Complete new item paperwork, vendor setup, and promotional contracts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in the CPG industry in a sales/admin role
• High level of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Tableau, Sigma
• Engages in continuous learning and critical thinking
• Flexible and self-aware, with a strong motivation for self-improvement
• Pro-active with a strong attention to detail; effective in managing multiple tasks, responsibilities simultaneously
