Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a NAM-US-Project Manager-Supervisory to join their team. As a NAM-US-Project Manager-Supervisory, you will be part of the Data Engineering team supporting critical data engineering and remediation programs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong strategic thinking abilities, and proven leadership capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: NAM-US-Project Manager-Supervisory

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

• Function as a primary point person representing key initiatives including program metrics, data concern remediation, and other initiatives at the direction of Data Engineering leadership.
• Develop program plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, establishing robust governance structures and communications channels.
• Drive the execution of program initiatives by providing guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions while implementing monitoring mechanisms to track program performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 8-10 years of successful program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise.
