Our client, a dynamic financial services organization, is seeking a Lending Product Manager to join their team. As a Lending Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting the Lending team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lending Product Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $65- $75/hr on W2

• Manage and oversee lending products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to support product development and enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver executive messaging regarding product performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collateral management processes.
• Report on liquidity risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.

What's Needed?

• Experience with lending products and collateral management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in liquidity risk reporting is a plus.
