Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the technology department supporting the ADMI team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $84 per hour
Candidates: Must be able to work W2 without sponsorship and be able to convert.  No Visa sponsorship or CtC
What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between technology teams and the business for medium to large IT projects.
• Elicit stakeholder business requirements and assess/document them effectively.
• Collaborate closely with various technical and business resources across the enterprise.
• Define acceptance criteria for mobile app testing considering device fragmentation and performance.
• Create detailed user stories specifically for mobile applications.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Solid experience in business analysis planning, requirements analysis, and solution evaluation.
• Familiarity with both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, and Visio; TFS experience preferred.
