Our client, an organization dedicated to enhancing accessibility in education, is seeking a Content SME, Accessible Journey Mapping to join their team. As a Content SME, you will be part of the Section 508 program supporting community college employees in creating accessible processes for student success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Content SME, Accessible Journey Mapping

What's the Job?

• Develop content for micro courses on effective user experience topics in a college environment.
• Create training material that incorporates accessibility throughout the journey mapping process.
• Analyze and critically review information related to digital accessibility laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with community college employees to enhance their understanding of journey mapping.
• Deliver at least one OnDemand training as a subject matter expert as needed.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in content creation for training and self-paced courses.
• Strong skill set in customer service tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, effectively, and independently.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to digital accessibility.
