Our client, a leader in digital enterprise solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager 2 to join their team. As a Business Development Manager 2, you will be part of the Digital Enterprise Sales team supporting partner engagement and pipeline management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical proficiency, and experience in sales, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:  Dallas, TX - Las Colinas - Hyrid 3 days

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to orchestrate processes and generate trust.
• Manage partner co-selling for strategic solution partners to drive joint pipeline.
• Engage partners proactively to ensure co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage.
• Utilize analytical tools to review and manage pipeline, building reports and insights.
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to drive sales and partner engagement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
• 2-4 years of overall experience in sales or business development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Sales or Partner Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical proficiency, working with reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
