Job description

Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager who will manage the development and execution of large complex projects including scope management, scheduling and team coordination, risk management, project quality and, most importantly, delivery satisfaction. You will ensure our projects are completed efficiently and while meeting the expectations of our primary stakeholders.

You are open with your team, your colleagues and your leaders around successes, challenges and areas of opportunity. Inspire and motivate your team to do the same. You're - you gather the facts before making an informed decision, but you're able to solution quickly if the circumstance requires. You will report into the project management manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage Agile teams (employees, vendors, consultants) for on-budget, and within-scope project execution.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
  • Provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Track and manage budgets and benefits.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices to enhance productivity and team dynamics.
  • Coordinate with PMs for effective delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Motivate the project team.
  • Increase Agile processes and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Address project risks and escalate issues to stakeholders.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog management.
  • Influence partners effectively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in software project management or a related role.
  • Expert knowledge/certification in Agile tools.
  • Excellent partner management, conflict resolution, and.
  • Proven experience in leading complex, technical projects.
  • Professional and interaction with colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management.
  • Effective both independently and as part of a team.
  • Required experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA).
  • Experience with teams coding in Salesforce, JAVA, AWS, and .Net.
