- 3+ years of background as a technical specialist
- Python coding experience
- Proficiency in working with AWS in a production environment
- Competency in AWS services such as IAM, AWS Lambda/API Gateway, EC2, ECS
- Expertise in automating cloud-native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure
- Grounding in Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools
- Skills in developing cloud-native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS)
- Understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, serverless technology, and/or Kubernetes
- Overlap with US hours (CST) 3-4 hours/till 7 pm CET
- Communication skills sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions

- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of professional experience
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewall
- Know-how in monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Datadog, Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon SageMaker, AWS Glue, EMR, MSK
- Awareness of implementing and designing cloud-native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps
- Knowledge of iOS and/or Android app operations and deployment
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices
- Confidence in Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and administer development operations processes and tools, including version control, security scanning services, CI/CD pipelines, release engineering, and production deployments of core platform components
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues; develop monitoring solutions; perform software maintenance and configuration; implement the fixes for internally developed code; query SQ /NoSQL data stores to identify and remediate production issues related to infrastructure (network, storage, compute, and databases) and application operations
- Collaboration in the design and build of internal tools to support development and operations, including an internal dashboard, performance testing automation, infrastructure, and cost optimization in the cloud
- Work alongside Software Engineers supporting operations, ensuring the team delivers the best experiences for our customers
