Requirements
- Proficiency in using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions and formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDIRECT, MATCH), pivot tables, and data manipulation to analyze and visualize HR data effectively
- Competency in designing and creating HR dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics and trends
- Experience in HRIS administration, including data entry, system maintenance, and generating reports from HR systems
- Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques to forecast HR trends, attrition rates, or workforce demand
- Data Privacy and Compliance: Understanding data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and knowledge of best practices to ensure data compliance and protection
- Ability to communicate insights effectively by transforming complex data into compelling visual narratives that tell a story

- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data accurately
- Understanding HR principles, practices, and regulations to analyze HR-related data effectively
- Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics methodologies to measure and evaluate HR-related data
- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint/Google Slides) to present data in a clear and visually appealing manner
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and infer meaningful insights
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, knowledge of data dependency and its influence
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to identify HR-related challenges based on data analysis, propose solutions and recommendations

Responsibilities
- Work in internal systems
- Interact with the People Operations team (Staffing Managers, HR Managers, Recruiters, Education, Marketing) and C-level Management
- Maintain and develop reports and analysis tools, ensure timely updates, and provide organization and distribution of reports for use by human resources managers and business leadership
- Gather and analyze data on the performance and impact of HR programs/processes/policies, highlight areas of concern or improvement, and create reports and presentations as requested to ensure the achievement of targeted results
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise through independent research and participation in company/professional groups
