Job Description
Summary of Major Responsibilities (Scope of Work)
The Corporate Strategy Intern will assist in projects such as the development of Exact Sciences' mid- and long-range strategy, new market assessment, product enhancement evaluation, and other strategic projects according the needs of the department.
The position is intended to be a full-time, limited-term opportunity that lasts for 12 weeks during the summer of 2025.

Potential Duties and Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Support the Corporate Strategy team and Executive Leadership in evaluating and executing key strategic decisions
- Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences
- Build and maintain financial and market-sizing models to evaluate new product opportunities and to support long range planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform answers to strategic questions (e.g., new product evaluation, product expansion, M&A, etc.)
- Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders across the business, including Executive Leadership
- Analyze new product markets and help determine early commercialization strategies
Minimum Requirements
- Enrollment towards bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Business or Finance
- Demonstrated record of outstanding academic achievement
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, business intuition, and organizational ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work authorization without sponsorship
- Written and verbal fluency in English
Desired Characteristics
- Enrollment towards advanced degree (e.g., MBA, graduate degree in scientific field, J.D.)
- Previous experience in healthcare, life sciences, strategy, finance, consulting, and/or banking
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Powerpoint and/or Excel
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and/or AI platforms
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an office setting and use a computer
- Ability to relocate to Madison, WI for the period of the internship

Salary Range:
$34,000.00 - $54,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
