We are currently looking for a temporary Technical Recruiter to join the EVERFI Talent Acquisition team to help us fill a wide range of Product & Engineering roles. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open job requisitions on their team with candidates who align with the experience needed for the role and are aligned to company values.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment of candidates which includes sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, extending and negotiating offers, as well as initiating onboarding post hire. 
  • Build a strong relationship with hiring managers and become a trusted talent acquisition partner to them. 
  • Develop thorough understanding of each client group and career opportunity in order to articulate the details to candidates.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategy for each requisition, which consists of attracting candidates via referrals, direct messages (via LinkedIn or other tools), advertising, etc.
  • Provide a high quality and efficient experience for every candidate from application to offer stage including timely follow-up and transitioning to onboarding. 
  • Attend meetings and work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team

Required experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of related tech recruiting experience in a fast paced environment, corporate and/or agency experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Strong technical skills and experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other methods
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferred
