As a senior marketing professional at Esri, you are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and data driven. You leverage your skills to support varied campaigns and programs. You understand the need to effectively tailor initiatives to capture the attention of targeted audiences. Your strategic mindset and strong collaboration with team members enables the creation of resources and deliverables leveraged across multiple channels. Analytical thinking drives your ability to evaluate the strengths and opportunities related to program output and you measure revenue generated from executed channel programs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate. Build and nourish relationships with executive level internal and external stakeholders. Align on market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, content, messaging and audience targets to drive campaign success. Appropriately adapt your communication to each stakeholder.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Manage multiple marketing campaigns and timelines simultaneously across various verticals and channels. Use your expert evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to independently select the right course of action and solve problems of a diverse scope.
- Drive results. Utilize your research to manage strong campaigns and programs. Create and personalize anchor and supporting content, nurture assets, and sales enablement content. Apply knowledge and give instructions to move projects forward.
- Think analytically. Analyze marketing data and leverage reporting platforms to understand campaign objective criteria, review campaign status reports, and continuously audit and improve the digital experience and outcomes. Use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to find solutions.
- Connect to your audience. Identify audience and craft messaging for various channels delivered through automated campaigns and advertising. Identify emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies.
- Learn and grow. Stay updated on emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies to effectively contribute to the goals of your team. Suggest creative alternatives to improve existing workflows. Innovate on best practices for demand creation that drive enterprise-wide changes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in channel marketing
- Previous experience with complex integrated and digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated success working on multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Possess the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage projects and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications
- Master's in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, Pardot, and/or Salesforce
- Knowledge of GIS/Esri products

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$81,120 - $135,200 USD
