Job Description

 

The Time & Attendance Administrator will help oversee the support model and roadmap of Equinox timekeeping solutions, with a primary focus on UKG. This position will interface with multiple teams including business end users, internal /external application support administrators, HR Operations, Legal etc. to lead the design, development, programming and
support of custom interfaces, and reports.


The ideal candidate will be a process-driven, strategic thinker with strong organizational and excellent communication skills who has the ability to successfully work with all areas of the business. Analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. Will assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our time clocks and Time & Attendance systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Time & Attendance system functionality is configured in compliance with US/Canada Federal State/Provincial wage and hour employment laws.
  • Act as super-user for the HR/Payroll area for all future timekeeping solutions.
  • Liaise with other relevant stakeholders to collaborate on business requirement documentation, design and testing of all enhancements.
  • Assist Payroll Leadership and Operations as needed with timekeeping related escalations and to support implementation of new policies.
  • Provide mentoring and training of end users on new changes or enhancements; this would include partnering with Learning to update business processes and end user materials.
  • Ensure data integrity between timekeeping and core payroll systems (and other timekeeping solutions as developed) by querying and analyzing the data passing back and forth between systems.
  • Thoroughly review and enhance any current audit related protocols to ensure ongoing audits of relevant data occur in a defined cadence.
  • Troubleshoot root causes of audit issues identified and ensure ongoing solutions in place to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in gathering business related requirements.
  • Presenting best practices, creating current and future state process flows as needed, recommending solutions, configuring, creating test strategies, scenarios and scripts and leading all phases of the time and attendance life
  • cycle.
  • In-depth UKG experience required.
  • Experience with various Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Payroll interfaces in addition to UKG is a plus.
  • An energetic individual who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment, with the comfort and skill to quickly change priorities to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to build relationships and influence across broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions or concepts into simple, meaningful messaging for non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional attention and focus on continuous improvement to deliver a simple, streamlined employee experience

Pay Transparency: Min $21/HR - Max $22/HR
