GXO Logistics has an excellent opportunity for a Time & Attendance Specialist, to be based at our UK Head Office in Northampton.The working hours for this role would be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, offering hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

You will play a key role in the efficient workings of the Time & Attendance department supporting our sites across the UK. We manage multiple Time & Attendance (T&A) systems supporting the processing of payments for our weekly, lunar and a section of the monthly population. Once the data has been generated it is interfaced to an outsourced payroll provider for processing and final payment.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Be responsible for fully configuring each of our sites in the T&A system, based on our site information documents
  • Support with new site set-ups and TUPE acquisitions across the business
  • Take responsible for SOX compliance - conducting site visits & auditing
  • Responsible for developing structured training plans focusing on different engagement methods

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience working closely with a time and attendance system - full training will be provided by the supplier on any knowledge gaps
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for data
  • Experience in T&A configuration, would be an advantage
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
